Distributed harness management
the gear your agents put on to do real work.
Harnet is the configuration layer for a fleet of AI coworkers running inside your company. Configure personas, attach skills, wire integrations, and deploy to where your team already works.

What it is
A small team can run a large company when each role on the org chart has a configured AI doing the work.
Harnet manages the harness layer — the file that tells each agent who it is, what it can do, and how to reach the rest of the company.
Configure once in Harnet, deploy across an org-chart of agents spanning OpenClaw, NanoClaw, and AutoClaw fleets. Updates are pushed atomically; rollbacks are a single click.
Pull personas from an open registry of named, opinionated AI coworkers, or author and version your own.

One file per role
The harness is the oldest idea in making things — the part of the loom that lifts the right threads at the right moment.
In Harnet, every agent carries one harness file. It names the persona, lists the skills, sets the guardrails, and declares which channels the agent works in.
Change the file and the agent changes. Roll it back and the agent reverts. You configure a fleet the way you’d string a loom — deliberately, by hand, once.
How it works
Three steps. One harness file per agent.
- 01
Configure
Pull a persona from the registry or write your own. Attach skills, set guardrails, define which Slack channels or Microsoft Teams the agent lives in. One file per role.
- 02
Deploy
One Hetzner box (or your own hardware) hosts the harness. Harnet pushes the configured agents onto it, wires them into your workspace, and rotates secrets per environment.
- 03
Run
Your team @-mentions the agent by name in Slack or Teams. The agent runs against the harness — scheduled jobs, ad-hoc requests, reactions to your team's messages. You watch fleet status from one dashboard.
